This is Tony Hawk's Secret Skatepark Tour. It involves many skateboarders (and a biker) going around the US, showing up at skateparks unannounced and whoever is at the park, get to see Tony and the guys skate. This video was released in 2004.

The entire etnies x United Bikes line was created by working closely with the riders to combine the United SU2 bike with some of their favorite etnies shoes and clothing.
