Am încercat să readuc sunetul rap-ului din anii '96 -2000, de altfel si cea mai frumoasă perioadă, bazat pe sampling românesc. Albumul a fost înregistrat atât în Subs Production (Olanda), cât și în MixTimeLab (România), fiind rezultatul muncii de doi ani.

"Machinehead got me through my college years... (Along with Sepultura and Ozzy/Sabbath) I had to have listened to "Burn My Eyes" 500 times in those years while taking public transportation (3 transfers 1 way). The follow up album to me was just as amazing.. However I was dissapointed as they progressed. To me this concert is Machinehead in their prime. They still make some heavy tunes, but I miss the abuse of harmonics and overall raw sound they had back then, I'm hoping they will head back that direction more... They really lost a lot when they lost Logan Mader."

SMASHING PUMPKINS' BILLY CORGAN BATTLES AAA AND TNA STARS IN MEXICO CITY

Smashing Pumpkins' lead singer Billy Corgan, a longtime wrestling fan who did angles for the original ECW and has provided music for TNA in recent years, was involved in an angle where AAA heels invaded the Pumpkins' concert in Mexico City on Thursday evening.

Kris Zellner sent the following....La Legion Extranjera invaded a Smashing Pumpkins concert last night in Mexico City which was being taped for various MTV networks with Alex Koslov leading the attack on lead singer Billy Corgan on stage. Koslov, Hernandez and Decnis showed up got on the mic and Koslov told Corgan that his music is horrible. They demanded that the Pumpkins stop their concert which Corgan brushed off so they attacked him. Hernandez had him ready for a Border Toss Extreme Tiger, El Mesias, & La Parka Jr. showed up to make the save. This was quite the spectacle.

Corgan has included wrestling personalities into his shows in the past, featuring former ECW personality Lou E. Dangerously (Lou D'Angeli) at a Pennsylvania concert with D'Angeli playing an Andy Kaufman-esque heel who riled up the audience with insults and reading the Great Gatsby instead of putting over Corgan and introducing his set.

Nine Inch Nails is an American industrial rock band, founded in 1988 by Trent Reznor in Cleveland, Ohio. As its main producer, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist, Reznor is the only official member of Nine Inch Nails and remains solely responsible for its direction. NIN's music straddles a wide range of genres, while retaining a characteristic sound using electronic instruments and processing. After recording a new album, Reznor usually assembles a live band to perform with him. The touring band features a revolving lineup that often rearranges songs to fit a live setting. On stage, NIN often employs visual elements to accompany performances, which frequently include light shows.

Underground music audiences warmly received Nine Inch Nails in its early years. Reznor produced several highly influential records in the 1990s that achieved widespread popularity; many Nine Inch Nails songs became radio hits, two Nine Inch Nails recordings won Grammy Awards, and have reached record sales exceeding over 20 million albums worldwide, with 10.5 million sales certified in the US alone. In 1997, Reznor appeared in Time magazine's list of the year's most influential people, and Spin magazine described him as "the most vital artist in music." In 2004, Rolling Stone placed Nine Inch Nails at 94 on its list of the 100 greatest artists of all time. Despite this acclaim, the band has had several feuds with the corporate side of the recording industry. In 2007, these corporate entanglements resulted in Reznor announcing that Nine Inch Nails would split from its label and release future material independently.

Since 1989, Nine Inch Nails have made eight major studio releases. The most recent releases, Ghosts I--IV and The Slip, both released in 2008, were released under Creative Commons licenses. Both were initially released digitally, with physical releases coming later. The digital release of The Slip was made available completely free of charge. NIN has been nominated for twelve Grammy Awards and won twice for the songs "Wish" and "Happiness in Slavery", in 1992 and 1995 respectively.

Brazil (1985)

Brazil is a 1985 British science fiction fantasy/black comedy film directed by Terry Gilliam. It was written by Gilliam, Charles McKeown, and Tom Stoppard and stars Jonathan Pryce. The film also features Robert De Niro, Kim Greist, Michael Palin, Katherine Helmond, Bob Hoskins, and Ian Holm. John Scalzi's Rough Guide to Sci-Fi Movies describes the film as a "dystopian satire".

The film centres on Sam Lowry, a man trying to find a woman who appears in his dreams while he is working in a mind-numbing job and living a life in a small apartment, set in a dystopian world in which there is an over-reliance on poorly maintained (and rather whimsical) machines. Brazil's bureaucratic, totalitarian government is reminiscent of the government depicted in George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four, except that it has a buffoonish, slapstick quality and lacks a Big Brother figure.

Jack Mathews, film critic and author of The Battle of Brazil (1987), described the film as "satirizing the bureaucratic, largely dysfunctional industrial world that had been driving Gilliam crazy all his life".[1] Though a success in Europe, the film was unsuccessful in its initial North America release. It has since become a cult film.

The film is named after the recurrent theme song, "Aquarela do Brasil".
